Hi,
I have problem with my NVIDIA GeForce FX 57000, I tried different versions of Nvidia drivers and once Omega driver. I still had the same problem. I used to have GeForce 4 MMX -- it was fine, but with NVIDIA GeForce FX 5700, when I execute any game it will crash, sometimes it don't even pass the first sponsorvideos. I tried GTA: San Andreas, Red Alert 2(even this sh*t crashed, really its good game, but old :P), Battlefield 2. The thing why I changed my graphiccard was because my old card didn't support pixel shading, which is used by Battlefield 2. I once get to the menu of Battlefield 2, but then it again crashed, but what I noticed was that I could move my mouse(the look of cursor was "gamecursor"), I had to Reset, because Alt+Tab, Ctrl+Alt+Del, Standby button on the keyboard---none of these worked.
I personally think that it is because it's too hot in my room and computer. I made Tests with DirectX Diagnostic Tool...here it is (showing that everything is fine)

probably the longest post ive seen ;/
anyway im going to assume your games are on d drive? maybe not..
either way your short on disk space, some games make their own page file so it could simply be they have run out of space to do so.
if you think its an overheating problem , temporarliy take the side of the case off to test.
drives f,g,h are they required or necessary?
unplug them , they are probably contributing to the heat and power consumption.
bf2 probably states a 5700 is a minimum to run the game on , whats the recomended spec?

Hi and thankyou for reply.
I don't use D drive for games, it is for movies. Drives F, G, H are just made by Daemon tools for emulating CDs/DVDs.
I took the side of the case off to test.(I would said it in my first post, but I couldn't make up how to say it in english).
I tried games like Red Alert 2, GTA: SA too, so I believe its not because I have too little harddrive space left on my C drive(1,79 GB).

I believe the FX5700 requires the plug-in from the PSU...do you have it connected? If so, it could be that your PSU simply isn't up to the added load

PSU = Power Supply Unit
Take another look at your video card...make sure it's not supposed to be connected to the PSU. Some cards use the 4-pin molex plug (same as used for hard drives), others use the smaller style plug that's used for floppy drives

Thank You all, but I gave up, I use my own graphics card again -- that works.( FX 5700 I borrowed from my friend for playing BF2).

Wish you hadnt given up as this can be fixed. Two EASY things (if it wasnt the pluggin in the pwr cable to the adapter on the card itself). A simple bios upgrade OR manually loading the newest via chipset and agp port drivers will fix it.

I downloaded some newest drivers for VIA. BTW I have this graphic card in my room on the closet, I can put it in any time again.
