Comment:

i recently bought a new computer:

ASUS A7V333 w/ RAID
AMD XP 2000+
2x IBM 60gb (in RAID 0)
OCZ DDR RAM 512MB PC-3200 400Hz

Geforce 3, SB live, dlink net card

I have been having some problems with the system crashing. Applications sometimes also crash but i seem to be getting blue screens about every other day. I did some reading on this and i read about some ABIT boards that just arent compatible with the XP processors but couldnt find anything about my board. Another thing i found out is that some of my voltages are kind of low. I dont know if they are low enough to be a problem:

13.056 (+12)
4.945 (+5)
3.168) (+3)
1.824 (+2.5)

would these cause my system to crash? my temperatures (i didnt apply any arctic silver) idle at:

proc: 56 C
MB: 31 C

the only other things i could think of would be the memory or the MB being incompatible somehow...

could someone help me understand why it crashes so much?

Here are some typical Voltage Tolerances;

+5VDC +or- 5%
-5VDC(if used) +or- 10%
+12VDC +or- 5%
+3.3VDC +or- 4%
+5VSB +or- 5%

Your 12VDC looks a little high.
Where are you getting the nominal values for the lower voltages? Is this an ATX supply? Those voltages look too low to be within tolerance.
