Cpu usage 100%

Hi all, i am working on the creation of some games in flash, not to graphical and quite basic. I was using my other PC spec: AMD ATHLON XP 2600+, 512MB Ram, Radeon 9500 pro, and it began to slow up i looked in task manager and saw that my CPU USAGE was 100% also my pc was hot. I therefore turned it off and left it for an hour. I come back to it turned it on and my CPU USAGE was 100% again without doing anything and very slow. So i turned that off and came to my better PC spec in signature I started the PC and loaded my flash file and it seemed slow my CPU USAGE is 100%. The flash file is 1.3 MB in size. Could anyone help me please how do i drop the CPU usage and why is it using it all when its a fast pc?
