Since it's a laptop, there's no way to upgrade the graphics. You may be able to upgrade the CPU, but why? What are you hoping to gain?

In other words, you spent too much for a machine you're not happy with, but you feel adding a $200 CPU is gonna make things better?

well i wasnt looking to spend that much i just really wanted
better graphics if thats not possible, my dad bought a really nice
HP laptop, one of the best that has the best graphics ive ever
seen on a laptop

I think we can assume you can't do any upgrade other than maybe memory to improve this computer.

It might be that the OS has issues and a clean install from OEM disks might help along with a bit more memory. This would be only if you were happy with it at one time. Might have malware and spyware on it and thousands of leftovers from installing stuff.
