CPU Temperatures????

I'm running a Athlon XP 1800+, with 512mb PC2100 DDR Ram. Never OVERCLOCKED! My CPU temperature is at 110 idle, and runs at 130 in normal operation.(sorry farenheit only!) After gaming it shows 150's. The system temp never gets above 115. I'm using a Microfin Heatsink, with a Copper base, and a 5600rpm Fan on top, and used Arctic Silver II. I also have a chipset cooler on the motherboard, and video card(Gf4 ti4200) cooler, and the standard system fan.
Are these temps to high? It seems like it to me, but I can't figure what could work. Would a system exhaust fan really help that much? I'm worried that if I run any more fans the case will fly away!!!!!!!!!!!

These temperatures are fine. You can still work with this. I wouldn't worry too much about it. 130F = 50 C 150F = 65 C

110F = 43 C. Not a bad idle temp.
150F = 66C. This is kind of on the high side but is acceptable if things are stable.

I ask because since installing these components I've experience random lockups, and some games lag, and experience slowdown.
So maybe these problems are unrelated? OK.
