When I'm playing Unreal Tournament 2003 my CPU is usually running at 96-100 degrees farenheit. Is ok or should I be running cooler? What is the safest high temperature for a P4 2.8 w/800 fsb?

a P4 such as yours is very very safe at that temp. Absolutely do not worry as long as it is under 125 F. Above that is ok but should really be watched. Your CPU is still safe then but it would indicate you have some type of problem and needs attention.
