CPU overheating

CPU/Ram: Pentium 4 1.7 Ghz/256

My Pentium 4 1.7 has a tendency to overheating especially when the Norton Antivirus scan is running. The CPU temperature in this case is near 70 degrees and even more. Its usual temperature (with no special programs running) is also about 50 degrees. Very probably that the fan is not good enough, but I don't know what is the good one which will be appropriate for my CPU. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

if you want a corker buy thermalright SP-94 heatsink with a tornado or TTsmartfanII and maybe get some intake and exhaust fans on your case. i expect there all a little over the top though.
