my pc takes like 5 mins to return to normal load from full load but the thing i dont understand is im running areo 7 lite and it is going 35 full load and goes down to 33 but it takes 5mins how come?

b4 it use to idle around 38 on quite a hot day on full load it used to go to 40 but it used to go down quickly.

do i have something to worry about does n e 1 else hae this sort of thing with there cpu
