i have pentium 3 celeron and the fan sound is too loud from the first day i got it , another pc of same model excatly makes fan noise as well, i disconnected power from the fan and sound is gone but i know cpu will burn if left without air, so any one can help how to reduce fan noise please

Get A fan speed controller or just buy a new fan.

Antec makes rubber gaskets that will help reduce noise too. I bought some quiet fans, which helped reduce the noise. When I installed the gaskets, I reduced the noise by another 30% at least.
When all else fails beat the $%!* out of it!!!

remove the fan and glue a 60>80mm adapter onto the sink and put a low rpm 80mm fan on the adapter
