It's a BTX motherboard so go to NEWEGG or Tiger Direct (or wherever) and look for a heatsink/fan that is designed for BTX motherboards. Then go to the manufacturers website and see if they have a list of cases that the unit may have compatibility problems with - should be okay though. good luck

Do you already have the board & CPU or are you buying them? If you have them, fine, if not, I suggest you reconsider. You'd be building a system that's based on 4-5 yr old hardware. The P4 is not & never was a very good CPU & the board is based on an old chipset with weak onboard graphics.

As for the HSF, there are dozens of brands/types to choose from. It all depends on how much you wanna spend.
