CPU fan and SLI questions

Asus P5n-sli motherboard

Specs: Windows vista 64, intel quad q6600
I have several questions.

1. I replaced my (socket 775) mobo and when I moved the CPU fan I accidently broke two of the little plastic prong holders. Those things are real cheap, and very easy to break. Basically, its a socket 775 fan with the 4 connectocs. This one has the piece of plastic with the 2 small white prongs that go through the hole, and then the black plastic piece goes through to hold it in place.

-Anyways, is it possible to buy JUST those plastic pieces?
-If so, I couldn't find any - anyone know where?

2. In replacing the MOBO. I went from an ASUS mobo to an XFX mobo - both sli. Anyways, the SLI bridge from the XFX mobo is to long. So I kind of have to bend it to make it fit. However, the ASUS bridge is JUST the right size.

-Will using the ASUS bridge do anything bad?
-Are all the bridges the same?
-Will a bridge thats bent outward be bad in the long run? (i would think so).

Thanks for your replies/answers.

1) I know exactly what you are talking about as I've done this same thing probably 10 times. I have never found the plastic things, so instead I bought this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ... I then cut the original plastic clips off of the heat sink, removed the screw/spring from the product above, put them into the original fan/heatsink, and screwed it down. Worked great 10/10 times.

2) SLI bridges are very basic. There is no difference between brands, so use the one that fits.
