My cpu temp is right around 130 F.

My case temp is 107 F.

I also have a case fan connected.

Are these temperatures ok ?

BTW:
Outside temp is about 85 F

Your temps are fine for an AMD system. Someone who did not have the balls to post thier name told me we speak in C around here. I told them I was AMERICAN and I spoke in F. This person new the conversions so I dont know what his problem was. My AMD 1800+ system temps are 105F and CPU runs between 135-145F

keep in mind that room temps affect ambient case temp and processor temp as well. as for the previous post, I prefer F temps as well .
