could not burn dvd's

CPU/Ram: 1.7ghz/256mb

I could not burn DVD's when i tried to burn video song dvd with the option shown in link 1 and i am getting error in link 2.this error occured before when i am burning data DVD also. why does these error occurs any power problem?I tried both dvd-r & dvd-rw.DVD-RW i erased properly only.How many time does DVD-RW can be Erase & burn is there any limit is it 10-15 times only or more?
