Corrupted MFT (master file table)

April 21, 2013 at 17:25:53
Specs: Windows 7
I've managed to corrupt on of my partitions MFT so it is not accessible anymore (it's not the OS partition).
It is an almost full 2TB expensive disk so I do not want to buy another 2TB disk just for copying the data to with a data recovery software.
Is anyone familiar with a software that just fixes the MFT to make the disk accessible again?
If not, does anyone have another solution beside using another disk for copyong the data to?
thanks in advance.
