guys,I am planning to equip my PC with a new processor and thought of asking for your guide..

I read a few articles and found no clear answer.

Is it true that the processing speed and the PC of Core2Duo is faster compared to a Quad?
and will it be worthy to buy me a Quad compared to a Core2 or the reverse?

I don't do much gaming and just works with photoshop and similar programmes..

so,guys please help me..

Which CPU are you running now? Is there something that you can't do with it? Have you considered overclocking what you have?
