i just bought a Packard Bell c-3up cordless mouse and it doesn't seem to work. I have a green light on the receiver but thats all. no movement. i tried uninstalling all mouse drivers and rebooting with the new mouse in, still no joy.

Just wondering, I have a wireless k/b and mouse package. when first plugged in, the receiver needs to be set to receive the k/b and mouse by pressing buttons under them, do you have to do anything like that?

Look for a small hole in the bottom of the mouse. About the size of a pencil tip. It should say connect. Push it and hope it works.
