Hey guys, I need some help and advice.

Lately, I've vebe having some problems with my 160GB HD. It may have been damaged a little internally.. or have some very bad sectors. None the less, I just went out today and bought a new Sata hard drive and it has 320 GB.

Now I was thinking and have 2 choices.

Should I just do a fresh install on the new HD and then re-install all my programs again? Flash/PS/DW etc... and my burning software and drivers etc..

or

Should I just copy the old HD directly to the new HD.. and I suppose I wouldn't need to so anything, besides have it boot with the new HD 1st?

Thanks for your time.

Sorry guys.. made some lame spelling errors, I haven't slept much today trying to get this PC to work again.

"Should I just copy the old HD directly to the new HD.. and I suppose I wouldn't need to CHANGE anything, because, I'd have it boot to the other HD"

Also why I think the old HD is defective, is because I've heard "clickly" noises from it.. seems like something might be wrong inside and this problem has come up a lot. So I'm looking for advice on which way to copy to the new HD and that's more hassle free.
