Cooling fan wont shut

Hi there, i have an Asus P4T-E with all cooling fan connect to the board where they are suppose to and all working well eccept when I shut the compter down from the start button. Everything shut normally but all the fan keep on running (eccept the power supply) Also, if I put the system on standby they will shut down. I've contact Asus, and finally got an answer a month and a half later telling me to contact my vendor ! That sure help a lot since he went out of business ! All of the power management from bios is on dissable. Dont know what to do but shutting the power button from the back all the time. Any suggestion will be gladly apreciate.
