hi, i just bought a p4 3.2ghz, 1gb ddr400,with geforce 6800 PC, and i just moved to a new apartment cuz it's close to the campus. the problem is theres no AC in the apartment. My CPU temp. is 59-65C, PWM temp. is 40-45C, and the whole system temp. is 35-40C. the PC is so loud cuz the CPU fan spins faster(cuz the CPU is hot). i have 5 case fans in my PC now, but looks like it doesnt help. at night its much better, i think cuz the room temp. is cooler. any suggestion? does those liquid cooling system help?

Balance your fans so that they are split (as close as possible) between input and output. Also try to arrange them to provide good airflow through the box. Don't have one input right next to an output, or the output will be pumping out the cool air that the input just brought in. Sometimes too many fans makes it difficult to get good airflow through the box.

If your temperature figures are right, none of them are at all high. P4 is quoted as 64°C - 78°C, and your "whole system" temp. (motherboard or case internal?) is around body temp - just slightly warm.
