converting from raid 0 to raid 0+1

hi, i am stuck and am about to get fired. pls help. i have 2 hard disks on DL380; bot configured as raid 0. is it possible to convert it to raid 0+1 w/o losing data? also, it hosts OS boot files.

Clone the Raid 0 to a standard IDE, Format the Raid 0 after you have successfully cloned the raided drives ( having the ability to use the IDE drive to boot and run the system). Create your new Raid array (however, since this is a server, I would opt for Raid 5 over Raid 0+1. If you have the option and the resources use it.)
Reclone the rebuilt Raid array with the freshly created IDE boot back up.
Make sure you use a quality backup that has cloning capabilities for which i've used Acronis True Image successfully for similar tasks.
