|You know, I noticed this a couple of days ago. Turned out to be some AVG9 update re-caching my drive. It took a few hours to complete, but it seems to be fine now.|
Hit ctrl+shift+esc, click the processes tab, and click "Show Processes from All Users" to find out what program is using the CPU during the disk activity.
