We need a lot more information that that.

Describe what you mean by a data card. It is a meaningless description.

How are you connecting to the Internet? Cable, DSL, Modem, router?

I am using an Alltel wireless connect card in the express port. The card is made by Kyocera, I think it's model 680. It may be the internet traffic is heavy. My internet network will either drop or say local only. My computer is an Acer Aspire 8920g laptop. Not sure if I should contact verizon or try and fix it myself. Thanks!
