I don't believe that my laptop came equiped with a bluetooth device. It has an Atherpos AR5007EG Wireless networl adapter and Realtek RTL8102E Family PCI-E Fast Ethernet MIC (Ndis 6.0) How can I transfer data to and from my mobile phones ( 3G iphone and Nokia 8560)?

If you are going to try to transfer files via Bluetooth, make sure your phone carrier supports it. My carrier is Verizon, and although I can transfer some files using my Bluetooth adapter, Verizon has crippled the ability to sent ringtones that way. You might be better off using a USB cable to connect your phone to the PC. Here's a site that has lots of accessories (including USB data cables) for cell phones:
