Connecting Brother MFC-J415W printer via wireless?

Specs: Windows 7 64bit, 3.40GHz /4GB Ram
Anyone have any idea how to set up this printer so it connects via wireless rather than a USB?? It's connected right now via USB but want to connect via wireless. I have followed the steps in the manual and the set up wizard on the disc but still won't connect. The printer will recognize my SSID but when i put in the network password i get a message that says Failed followed by a print out. Any info would be greatly appreciated. The computer it's attached to is running Windows 7 64bit. And the router is a DLink (WBR-1310) if that info helps. Thanks

Brother have an on-line chat system which works quite well, they are probably the best people to talk you through the process, you can find the UK one HERE - other countries are probably available..

Having said that, from my experience if a wireless printer doesn't connect easily in the first place then you are always going to have issues with it, even if you do get it to work at first it will drop out at the most inconvenient time.
