if the TV has VGA input, you should be able to run a single cable from the PC to the TV, then you just need to use the TV remote to scroll through INPUT options until you get to something like Computer/PC/VGA.

This does not address your desire to display on the PC monitor AND the TV at the same time. Did you want to have the SAME image, replicated twice? That's easy, you just need a cheap VGA splitter to plug into the video card. That'll give you 2 VGA outputs from the PC instead of just one, but the image on both screens will be the same.

If what you're trying to do is use the TV as a SECOND monitor, you may need more hardware. To process 2 different images simultaneously, Windows usually needs 2 graphical processing units (typically on your motherboard or video card), and most PCs only have one.

If you decide to get a new video card to run both PC and TV, check the available input connections on your tv, VGA/HDMI and get a card that has a matching output.

Thanks for answering. Ok, so now i know that if i want also
image on my monitor i could do that with a vga splitter.
The only thing i wanted is to watch movies on a bigger screen,
so i dont really need to have double images, only my tv. The ony
problem is that it wont activate by itself. I bought a VGA-Scart
cable today and thats my problem i only have on VGA entrance
and i cant activate the screen when my monitor is unplugged. I
know that with a laptop its very easy because then you have a
key command fn + f5.

I don't understand your problem.
Does the TV have a standard VGA input port?
There is nothing to switch on as far as the PC is concerned. It already uses the VGA output port on your graphics card so all you have to do is connect from the PC VGA port to the TV VGA port and then use the TV remote control to select the applicable input source. It should make no difference if you use a VGA/SCART cable and connect to the TV SCART port. You still need to use the TV remote to select the applicable input source.

Below is a link to that unit. The home page describes connecting a TV to it.
