connect PC to Amp problem

Specs: Windows XP
i connect distance 30 meter 2 line wire form PC to Amplifier but humming sound come out and sound quality is too weak as till 80% of Amp volume to make hear.
-How to make clear and powerful sound quality?
-Its hamful to PC as using long hours?

The humming noise is mains hum. You need to connect an ground/earth wire from PC to Amplifier.

30 meters is a long way to be connecting an audio cable. You need to make sure you are using good quality screened cable designed for audio and not just any old bit of wire.

Use quality shielded cable. Match impedance and level. You
may have to use a ground lifter to reduce the hum.

In addtion to the previous excellent answers. Thirty meters is a 'long' way. You will probably need an amplifier to feed the 30 meter line to the other amplifier.
