my friend is afraid of opening his computer's cabinet and I want to transfer my data to his computer.
is there any way that I can connect my hdd(seagate 8.4 GB internal ide) to his computer externally. Are there any connectors that would help.

yes i think you can get usb cable to transfer the data

If your hdd is already installed in your pc, have you considered using laplink?

This will transfer data over, using a simple cable between the com ports.
