You can't use a laptop keyboard for another computer, networked or any other way..

The solution? You'll have to get your computer's PS/2 port fixed.

Would a USB keyboard work with it?

There's no way of knowing if a USB keyboard will allow BIOS access until you try it.
It depends on the keyboard make & model and whether or not your system supports it.

On some systems only specific USB ports will allow BIOS access, usually the front ones will but not those at the back.
