I'm confused... Eleven forums I've asked have said that and XBOX equivalent PC would be this:
1 gHz Pentium4
128MB DDR RAM
GeForce3 64MBMy specs:
1.6 gHz
384MB DDR RAM
GeForce 4 TI 4200se (250 core)
DirectX 9
Latest driversRunning by itself, a game is nowhere near the XBOX...
Explanation?

I'm really not sure what your question is, but I'll write a little bit anyway.
If you go here you can see all the specs on the Xbox http://www.xboxhackz.com/Hackz-Specs.htm
The Xbox is specifically built for graphics and gaming, all resources are dedicated to running whatever game you are playing.
When you are gaming on a PC there are still dozens of other programs running in the background whether you realize it or not, so if you are wondering why your games run smoother on the Xbox, in short that would be your answer.

It also runs games at a lower resolution than most people run on their PC's. You can't really compare because the hardware is different (it's not just a regular ATX mobo with P3 and memory DIMMS), the OS is different, and the software is different.

the reason the xbox can play games better than your pc not sure much the hardware specs of the xbox, but the effieciency of it's software. the platform the xbox games play on handles instructions and system resources far better than any windows platform.
saying that, there are a few pieces of the xbox's hardware which contribute, such as it's memory bandwidth - 6.4GB/s, I imagine your pc has 2.1GB/s or 2.7GB/s of theoretical memory bandwidth if your using either PC2100/PC2700 ddr ram, also, the xbox isn't bottlenecked like the pc with pci/agp speeds.
