My usb isn't workin it says there is 11 conficts! between sound card(it works tho) my d-link card(works) and my primairy IDE controllers... can anyone help me??

Somehow the IRQ steering for the PCI bus/controller has been disabled it sounds like. Some BIOSes will allow this ability but it more often is controlled through software.
