The computer will turn on, but there is no display. The NIC lights and the lights on the motherboard come on but the power button light is not on. The CPU fan also doesn't work. It was working fine, but I plugged it back in and it is doing this. What do you suggest I do to fix it.

I would first suspect that the power supply could be bad. You don't tell us how old the system is. Did you do anything else other than unplug it and plug it back in? If the CPU fan is not running, the computer is not on. How can the computer be on if the power light is not on? Is the monitor plugged in and turned on? Need more information.
