computer wont read my memory card?

ive always used my computer to copy pictures from my memory card, i have an intel computer with one of the sd slots, so i put my micro sd card from my phone into the adapter, which i insert into my sd slot, and it wont read it anymore. i used a different adapter and it still didnt work. i know its not my micro sd, because i used a different one too which also wont work. help please.

Sounds like a drive mapping problem.
- Right Click on "My Computer" - Select Manage - Go to Disk Management - Right Click the Drive the SD card maps to. - Choose "Drive Letter /Path" - Put it on another drive letter.

Do you have a usb adaptor lead for the camera, that you can plug into the computer directly and see if that works. I have a Motorola it came with a usb cable, plugs straight into the pc without the need to remove the MSD card.
