Just purchased a new Lexmark Impact S305 wireless printer. It was working fine until yesterday when I got a phone call from my son when he couldn't print his homework. He rebooted both our Dell laptop and the printer to no avail. The printer will print a test page if initiated from the printer itself but not from the computer. The WIFI symbol on the printer is green. The computer will get on the internet wirelessly so I don't think it is a problem there. When he attempts to print it takes it a few minutes and then finally gives a message that the computer isn't connecting to the printer. I'm out of town and need help assisting my family with this. Try rebooting the wireless router. Unplug it from the power supply, wait about 10 seconds then plug it back in. Wait about a minute, then try printing.
