Computer won't POST or Display.

Specs: Windows 7, AMD athlon II x4 & 4GB DDR3 G-Skill
Built a PC, worked for the past 2 days. Woke up this morning and it wouldn't power on. Eventually got the computer to power on with the power button on the motherboard. Now it won't display video and there is no beep sequence. Removed the RAM to see if there would be any beeps but still nothing. Seems like the computer won't go through POST if anything. Fans also are spinning rapidly, seems it may be a hardware issue with one of the components.

Fast spinning fans could be an indication of overheating. Check the heatsink to verify it is secure. You may also need re-apply thermal paste.

Make/model/wattage/amperage specs of your power supply?

How was the CPU heatsink installed? Which type of thermal material?
