Did you try disconnecting eveything and leaving just the mobo, cpu (and fan), vga card and the ram? Disconnect everything else, no HDD, no FDD, nothing, just the above components. What kind of mobo is it?

I've heard a lot about the new boards that support a 200MHz bus (KT400 and nForce2) having problems like this, I too have experienced this same problem, but with an Asus A7N8X Deluxe. I just kept restarting the thing until it eventually did POST. Not sure if I can help you anymore from here, one of those things I would have to look at in person. Try this, do a search on Google for "Albatron KX400 won't POST" and see what comes up. One other thing, what brand RAM do you have??

Also, have you checked to see if your graphics chipset is compatible with the KT400 chipset?
