I bought a new tower, power supply and motherboard and put my old hard drive, dvd and cd drives in. I can power up and the bios seems fine. It sees the hardware and the boot order, but when I tell it to continue it flashes once or twice and goes back to the bios. Anyone got any ideas??

You can't just swap a hard drive with WinXP already installed on it...it's configured to the old hardware & won't boot on the new. Boot off the WinXP CD & do a "repair install"
