My computer wont boot when I turn it on. Only the fans and LED lights come on. Usually I have a red light thats on and its off.. It started doing this 2 days ago. I've taken the RAM out and the video card and nothing worked. I've disconnected and reconnected all cables. I've cleaned out all the dust and still no luck. It is a gaming computer I bought off a website and I can't recall the specs off the top of my head it's only one year old though
This may very well be a problem with the Motherboard. The Bios chip has a problem. However don't jump to this conclusion and first take some time and remove the ram and try a different one from another system or borrow it from someone. If its not the RAM then it is the motherboard. You can get the BIOS chip replaced by the Motherboard manufacturer.
