Comment: My pc will not boot. I don't recieve any beep codes and get no display at all. I tried reseating everthing and tried a different video card. Nothing seems to work

Reply: (edit)Hey Man Sorry, but your monitor should boot with nothing but the power supply and the video card connected if your motherboard if working. I guess you know where this is going. If a different power supply don't work, you need a motherboard. Just for future reference, any time you go into your computer, make sure you stand or sit in one place and touch the frame of the computer before touching anyting inside. This makes you and the computer the same electrical charge. All it takes is 30 volts of static electricity to fry a motherboard and you can collect that rubbing your foot across the carpet if you are reaching to gather a replacement. Again you need to touch the frame if you just did that. Good Luck

Reply: (edit)do any lights come on or do you hear the power supply fan ,the cpu fan ? If no the power supply could be bad.
