I'd say it's worth about $100 (thanks, in large part, to the 40 gig Maxtor drive), and that may be generous.
Check out the Dell OptiPlex machines at the bottom of this page for a comparison (Pentium III).

500Mhz @ $125/450Mhz @ $95 - both complete
