Computer turns on (~half second) then off

Specs: Windows XP
Hello, last night I was watching youtube and my computer randomly turned off. Then this morning I turn it on and the fans spin half a revolution and then immediately turn off, it only stays on for about a half second.
This is my build right here:

Please help, I need to print off my term paper!

I suspect cpu is overheating but since u can't check cpu temp try to apply new thermal paste

I don't see a mainboard in the list.

Unplug the power cable for a minute (turn off the power strip). Try powering up again.

Attach the harddrive to an external USB enclosure. Take it to the computer lab at school and print it there.

A PSU will do that momentary spin up and then shut off if it detects a problem with the motherboard. But it just as likely could be a problem with the PSU--or both.
