Computer Starts but no display

Specs: Windows 7
Hey, I am building a new system and the computer starts fine but doesnt display anything. Everything seems to be working alright and has turned on fine. I added an NVIDIA 9800 GTX as my graphics card. I don't believe that there are any integrated graphics capabilities so how am I supposed to start the BIOS and configure it without it working.

How can I resolve this problem and get my system to work?

If you immediately installed your hardware in the case without benchtesting it 1st, you're just spinning your wheels. And how could you not know whether your board has integrated graphics or not?

List your system specs, in as much detail as possible.

As jam said 1st benchtest. And make sure to test memory(ram) using memtest.
