Alright, I posted before but what had happened was I came home and my computer was off. I turned the thing back on. I came back home once again and the thing was off once again. I could remove the power cord, put it back in and hit the power button, and the computer would twitch. (the fans would spinn then stop). Finlly who knows how, the computer started up, except there was nothing coming out to the monitor. All of the fans start working, but the hard drive doesn't nor do the cd roms. The HD light on my case stays on. I dont' 'know what to do any help? thansk guys

The first thing that I would check is to see if the CPU fan is running.

The bad news is, you may have a blown cpu. Or it may just be a heat problem. I would try cleaning the heatsink and reapplying the thermal compound. Make sure you assemble the heatsink correctly. ALso, check the cpu fan. My problem turned out to be a memory stick that wasn't fully seated. It looked like it was... If you case is full of dust bunnies, clean them out, too. Good luck. HTH
