Specs: Windows 7, 64 Bits Operating System
I have a Dell laptop, windows 7, 64 bit operating system. I really am not a computer person, I tried to troubleshoot and it says that I might have too many programs running at Windows Startup. Are these programs necessary to run at start up, if possible can any or all of these programs stop running at start:

Intel(R) Common User Interface
Intel(R) Common User Interface
Intel(R) Common User Interface
IDT PC Audio
Synaptics Pointing Device Driver
DW WLAN Card Wireless Network Tray Applet
Dell Webcam Central
Roxio Burn
Data Safe Online
Dell Support Center
Fax Solutions Software
McAfee Security Center
Bluetooth Software
McAfee Security Center

Any advice I can get would really be appreciated.

On your keyboard hold down the windows key and press R

when the window appears type MSCONFIG

From the new window go to the Startup tab at the top

scan through the list and disable things you do not need during startup. Dont worry you can always switch them back on later.

Also, you really cannot make a mistake here, windows will automatically enable whatever it needs so its pretty safe.

Once you've done this press apply ok on all windows and restart when promted,.

There may be more wrong with your machine than startup items.
