i have a Compaq evo and recently i start having a problem with the power. when i turn it on it shuts itself off right away and turns itself back on followed by three beeps and noting display on the screen. i have tried to take the memory stick out and test it on a different computer which works just fine after i put it back and tried again, it start to work just fine for the first time however on the next power on, the problem still there. i don't know what else is there i should do. can you please tell me what the actual problem is having ?

thanks my friend! it turns out that one of my mem stick is bad . i am now running it with just one mem stick n it is working fine
