Specs: Windows , Intel 4GB
My computers shuts down immediately, I replaced the AC power adapter like 3 times and that is not the problem. Every time I start my computer before it even loads for me to type my password it shuts down. Then when press power button it shuts down even faster. Can someone help me I don't see what is the problem.

It sounds like this is a laptop ("I replaced the AC power adapter like 3 times") so to eliminate the possibility of a main battery issue, try the starting with the power adapter but without the battery attached.

The problem you have MAY be an infection, one that is very difficult to remove once it digs in deep enough. I just had one of those on a machine at home that my daughter uses a lot and I tried many things to get it to work including:
System Restore and scanning in safe mode (second time would not even boot to safe mode).
System Restore from Repair Disk (earlier restore point).
Scanning from Kaspersky Rescue Disk (found and removed infection but still would not boot).

The only things that appear to work reliably (completely) are:
Restore from a system image you previously made.
Reload Windows 7 from scratch.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
