Computer shuts down 2seconds after I start it, and it continiues to power on-power off in 2-3 second intervals as long as it has power supply.

As it comes on and off as I mentioned earlier in order for me to stop that I have to disconected from the power supply(remove the cable). Aftewards if I want to start it again I press the button but again with the same results

Be careful doing that. When a power supply finally compleatly dies it can kill other components.
