the problem iam having is that whenever i wake up in the morning i find that my system has restarted with no errors shown, but when i use it for even 10 hrs nothing of such happens, i mean i have never seen my system restart on its own but everytime i wake up my bitcomet and other applications are not running (since they are not on startup) ..what exactly cud be the problem?

To have XP display the error message instead of rebooting: 1. Click Start, and then right-click My Computer.
2. Click Properties.
3. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Settings under Startup and Recovery.
4. Under System failure, click to clear the Automatically restart check box.
5. Click OK, and then click OK.The error message may give a clue to the problem.

Depending on where you are located, your power company may be doing some "load management" which could temporarily drop your voltage in your house. This could trip your PSU (if it is so designed to protect your PC from low voltages).
