I have just built a computer, it has a shuttle MN31N motherboard, and the processor and ram you can see above.

Now My Problem is, this computer, will restart itself, almost after 5 or so mins. The Graphics on some things looks screwy sometimes. I've tried lowering the FSB frequency but that isn't doing anything to stop the computer restarting. (because i'm guessing its unstable??)

Any insight that i could get on what can be done to fix this problem would be great. Thanks in advance.

if the graphics are f---ed then its most probally a video card problem....maybe driver...maybe overclocked...could be heat...i would turn everything back to normal and try again....

WinXP has a cute way of avoiding the BSOD. Instead of displaying an error message it reboots. To see what the error is causing the reboot, do the following:
Start->Control Panel->System->Advanced->StartUp and Recovery->Settings->. Then under "System Failure" uncheck "Automatically restart".

Well, I've Re-formated, and re-installed win. xp. Still doing it. =(

Well, I did what you said about the automatic Restart, but now its giving me the BSOD were i can't do anything but reboot my computer...=( From time to time there will be a little distorted line or so on the screen. =/

Thanks to you both, but is there anything else that can be done about this problem? Or am i SOL?

Thanks,
-Mike
