Download your manual online for the correct key or combination of keys to hit at boot up to access your recovery console for the option of a Factory Restore.
Back up all of your personal files that you would otherwise loose during the factory restore to an external drive/disk(s).
Make sure this is really what you want to do..... Will it solve your problems? Is there another easier option. If you are not absolutely sure, give us the details for advice on that decision. Did you know that a System Restore can fix many things that a Factory Restore can without loosing everything that you added, saved, personalized, or modified on your system.
If you still want to go ahead with the Factory Restore, follow the instructions.
After the Factory Restore, Update Windows repeatedly manually until all updates are in. Update your drivers from system manufacturers site. Install your antivirus program and update. Install all programs that did not come with the system. Personalize your system like you just purchased it.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
