This bug is driving me crazy!!! Every time I'm doing something it just stop working. It shows a blue screen saying its dumping my physical memory in the hard drive, and saying that the bug is caused by my Webstar calbe modem driver. Well I updated the freaking driver by downloading it and installing it from their stupid site and IT STILL DOES IT! I'm freaking tired of losing my work all the time! Even saving regularly doesn't do the job, because it happens dozens of times a day. It's really driving me crazy! Someone help me, please!

Have you tried uninstalling & physically removing the modem? If it solves your problem then just chuck it away & get a new decent hardware modem.
